Backstory

Eula is a descendant of Mondstadt's previous tyrannical ruling family, the Lawrence Clan. She doesn't share the view of the rest of her clan and is currently the captain of the Reconnaissance Company with the Knights of Favonius. Eula's goal is to redeem her family's name.

Appearance

Eula is a beautiful character with pale skin, light blue hair and purple-yellow eyes. She wears a knight uniform with a blue cape that glows when she uses her Cryo abilities.

2 - Eula Genshin Impact Abilities

Normal Attack: Favonius Bladework - Edel

• Normal Attack: Perform up to 5 consecutive strikes.
• Charged Attack: Drains Stamina over time to perform continuous slashes. Unleash a more powerful slash at the end of the sequence.
• Plunging Attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Elemental Skill: Icetide Vortex

• Press: Multiple slashes that deal Cryo Damage. Gain a stack of Grimheart upon hit, up to 2 times. Each Grimheart stack increases Eula's resistance to interruption and DEF.
• Hold: Consume all Grimheart stacks and dash forward dealing AOE Cryo Damage to all opponents. If Grimheart stacks are consumed, all enemies in the AOE will have their Physical RES and Cryo RES decreased. Each stack is converted into an Icewhirl Brand that deals Cryo DMG in an AOE.

Elemental Burst: Glacial Illumination

• Eula brandishes her greatsword, dealing AOE Cryo Damage to all nearby opponents, and summons a Lightfall Sword that follows her around for up to 7 seconds. It increases Eula's interruption resistance and gains stacks as she deals damage with her attacks.
• Once the duration ends, the Lightfall Sword explodes and deals physical damage to enemies in the AOE. This damage is based on the number of stacks it has accumulated.

3 - Eula Genshin Impact Passives

1st Ascension Passive: Roiling Rime

• If 2 stacks of Grimheart are consumed upon unleashing the Holding Mode of Icetide Vortex, a Shattered Lightfall Sword will be created that will explode immediately, dealing 50% of the basic Physical DMG dealt by a Lightfall Sword created by Glacial Illumination.

4th Ascension Passive: Wellspring of War-Lust

• Glacial Illumination cast resets Icetide Vortex's CD and gives Eula 1 stack of Grimheart.

Utility Passive: Aristocratic Introspection

• When Eula crafts Character Talent Materials, she has a 10% chance to receive double the product.

• Tidal Illusion: Gain a buff that increases Eula's Physical damage by 30% every time Icetide Vortex's Grimheart stacks are consumed. Each stack will increase the duration of the buff by 6s, with the max limit being 18s.
• Lady of Seafoam: Reduce the cooldown of Icetide Vortex's Hold Mode, making it identical to Tap Mode cooldown.
• Lawrence Pedigree: Increases the Level of Glacial Illumination by 3. The maximum upgrade level is 15.
• The Obstinacy of One's Inferiors: Lightfall Swords deals 25% more damage to enemies with less than half HP.
• Chivalric Quality: Increases the Level of Icetide Vortex by 3. The maximum upgrade level is 15.
• Noble Obligation: Lightfall Swords created by her elemental burst start with 5 stacks of energy. All her actions have a 50% chance to grant the Lightfall Sword an additional stack of energy.

5 - Eula Genshin Impact Gameplay

Overall, Eula deals more Physical damage than Cryo (as her Elemental Burst deal Phys damage), so it is best to invest in her Physical DMG capability. The Cryo component of her skill is mainly for Superconduct elemental reaction so she can deal even more Physical DMG. Overall, Eula works fairly well with Electro characters.

Premium Team: Eula + Fischl + Diona + Bennett

• Eula will be the main damage dealer, spreading Cryo using her ability and burst.
• Fischl's Electro attacks deal additional damage and apply Superconduct debuff to enemies.
• Diona's job is to provide heals, shields and elemental resonance.
• Bennett buffs the whole squad with his Burst.

F2P Team: Eula + Xiangling + Diona + Amber

• Eula is the main attacker.
• Xiangling triggers Melt with her skills, dealing good damage.
