When Spider-Man: Miles Morales was first announced in June this year, many of the fans were super excited. Having the sequel to one of the best-selling PS4 games of all time just a couple of years after its release is sure to get people's attention. The biggest question for the fans right now is, what is the Spider Man Miles Morales release date?

Since the initial announcement, there have been almost no details about the game itself nor the Spider Man Miles Morales release date. Every once in a while, the developer Insomniac would tweet a few small details about the Marvel Spider Man Miles Morales game. But beyond that, there has been quite a bit of silence.

Everything changed, however during the PS5 showcase on September 16, 2020, where they showed the first major look at Spider-Man: Miles Morales in the form of a new demo. Insomniac Games also confirmed that the Spider Man Miles Morales story takes place one year after the end of the first game.

The demo begins with Miles and his friend walking through a street market before Miles takes down some Roxxon goons off a bridge and saving the day. The demo itself is around 10 minutes long and also features a slightly different user interface than the previous game, further differentiating the two.

We have been able to see new gameplay with Miles Morales as the main protagonist thanks to this reveal. The adventure, whose approximate duration has not been confirmed, will take place in the same New York of the original game, except that the events will take place on year after what transpired in the previous title.

There will be a snowy environment as the game takes place in winter with many more visual details to highlight, the snow, which will be represented with HDR and ray tracing. Before we get to the Spider Man Miles Morales release date, let's take a closer look at the game first.

As they have indicated, a war has started between Roxxonn and Underground, two organizations where Miles Morales will have to mediate to save not only the city but society in general. The gameplay has been captured on a PlayStation 5 using ray-tracing.

Miles will feature different moves than Peter Parker in the original PS5 title. One of his abilities, known from the comic, will be temporary invisibility. In the trailer, Miles has to save a bridge from collapsing in two to save dozens of citizens from falling off from tens of meters high.

"When we started crafting it we realized that, with a little bit more of a compact storytelling style, we could tell a very emotionally impactful story that would fit really well as an experience that would take Spider-Man 1 and [Miles Morales] and do justice to this character," Brian Horton said.

The game has new animations, movements, mechanics, and powers such as invisibility and electricity. While the story of Peter Parker is born out of tragedy, Miles is more so born out of family. Unlike Peter, Miles "has friends that he could actually let into his world — his human world and his Spider world. He's a little different in the way he approaches it."

Spider-Man: Miles Morales is coming to PS5 and PS4 on November 19, 2020. The PS4 version will offer the same content but will not have the visual advantages of PS5, including 60fps performance, ray-tracing or the benefits of DualSense. Price and launch date of PS 5

Thanks to Twitter user IronManPS5, we know the price of the console, the launch window, and the design of it. Before we proceed further, know that this account had already given reliable insider information regarding Sony's upcoming next-gen console.

According to this account, the PlayStation will have a standard price of $499, about equal to Rs 38,000, which coincides with many previous leaks. But IronManPS5 also added that there are two versions, a version with an 825GB SSD that will cost $399 (~Rs 30,000) and a version with a 1.5TB SSD for $499, or Rs 38,000.

Previously, Amazon UK mistakenly put up PS5 preorders, and some buyers placed orders for a 2TB PS5 priced at £599.99. It is too early to tell if any of that information is genuine or if it is placeholder information.

This is a reasonable launch price, which does not break the psychological barrier of $500, and is in line with the market. But once again, we remind you that this is still unconfirmed and that we will not know the final price of the console until Sony decides to reveal it.

Epic Games has presented its new version of the Unreal Engine as part of the Summer Game Fest and has done it in a very special way: with a technical demo running in real-time on a PlayStation 5. This is the first time that Sony's new generation PS5 console has been seen in motion.

The video, which you can see below, has a duration of approximately 9 minutes in which two people responsible for Epic Games reveal the new Unreal Engine 5 with a technical demo while explaining its details. This technical demo works in real-time and even modifications are added to it as the video progresses. For example, the demo changes the position of the light to demonstrate how the terrain responds to lighting.

The technical demo is titled 'Lumen in the Land of Nanite', after two of the new technologies that Unreal Engine 5 includes as the main innovations: Nanite is a virtual tool that allows developers to create "as much geometric detail as the eye can see" thanks to micro-polygons, while Lumen is a global lighting system that responds immediately to changes in scenery and lighting changes.

Nanite will take advantage of the power of next-gen consoles to give developers more creative freedom. According to Epic Games itself, video game creators can import "millions or billions of polygons directly into Unreal Engine 5 (...) and it just works," causing them to forget polygon counters and the amount of memory they consume, without losing an iota of quality.

For its part, Lumen renders infinite reflections on kilometer and millimeter scales so that lighting always responds dynamically to environmental events such as "changing the sun angle for time of day, turning on a flashlight, or blowing a hole in the ceiling" and there will always be "indirect lighting will adapt accordingly." Lumen eliminates many intermediate steps that were necessary to determine the well-known volumetric lights of the current generation.

Fortnite confirmed to be available for launch in next-gen

Along with this Unreal Engine 5 demo, the company has also announced its plans to bring Fortnite, its flagship, to the new generation. The CEO of Epic Games didn't say much about the power of the components themselves, but rather about how they interact with each other within the PS5's own system. Just today we saw how the technical demo of Unreal Engine 5 had been captured directly from a console, using the system's own recording tools, with a highly impressive result. For its part, Sony has stressed again that the launch of PS5 is still slated for the end of 2020.

There are plenty of directions that the story could follow at this point, however, the more interesting direction could be Thor going to take vengeance on Kratos and his son for the killing of his favorite son, Magni, and his half-brother, Baldur.

Kratos’ background is pretty tragic – the guy was tricked by his patron god, Ares, into murdering his wife and daughter. Afterward, Kratos went on a roaring rampage, taking revenge on the gods and pretty much murder the whole pantheon. The man finally found his own redemption at the end of the third game. It is very likely that Thor would be the next game's antagonist, who is going to hunt Kratos and Atreus to also prevent the end of the world, as Atreus is actually Loki, the one who's going to be Ragnarok's catalyst.

The version of Thor in God of War 4 is incredibly cruel, ruthless, and wrathful, showing no mercy to both his enemies and underlings. According to Mimir, Thor’s bloodlust is the only thing greater than Odin’s paranoia, and many consider him to be the worst of the Aesir gods. The guy is somewhat similar to Ares in the original God of War. Insomniac's Spider-Man 2018 for the PS4 was widely acknowledged as one of the biggest ever exclusives on the console and one of the best superheroes video games ever made. Considering the game's financial success, it is pretty much a given that a sequel is on the works. After a secret meeting of Insomniac took place on Apr 17, a massive new leak has been revealed, shedding a light into what the game would bring to the table.

Like every other video game leaks, fans should take this with a grain of salt. According to the leaker, the main story of Spider-Man 2 would be about the Venom Symbiote and its creation at an OsCorp lab. It would initially be bonded with Harry Osborne to cure his terminal illness before fusing with Peter Parker to give his classic Black Suit from the movie and comics. Players would be able to swap into the Symbiote Suit whenever they want, and each suit available in-game would have their own Black Version.

A lot of classic and modern Spider-Man suits would be available in-game, including the advanced Avenger suit and the Sam Raimi 2002 version. The symbiote suits would also change how Spider-Man's combat works, enabling a more aggressive set of moves. The symbiote would also have a separate skill tree for the player to level up.

The open world of Spider-Man 2 would have dynamic weather and misc missions that change based on the state of the map. Side quests would be bigger than the previous game - includes cameos from various Marvel Universe characters like Daredevil, Human Torch or Mysterio. There would be gameplay sections in which you can play as Miles Morales, the alternate Spider-Man as well. The interview allegedly ended with 3 DLC packs based on Morbius, Carnage, and Wraith.
